When it comes to bang for your buck, ordering a quarter, half, or whole beef is your best option! The quality of our beef can be seen in the marbling, flavor, and texture - the culmination of sustainable ranching practices, genetics, and a custom feed program.  Fill your freezer full!

You can use our recommended cut sheet, or customize your own.  We prefer to send all of our steers to Teel’s Custom Meats in Weatherford, TX for processing. But if you by a whole beef, we are happy to deliver to a processor of your choice within a reasonable distance of our farm.
